Jibal is looking for an Accessories Sales Representative to join our Sales / Distribution team in Najaf & Karbala and drive territory growth through field sales and dealer relationships. This role is responsible for expanding distribution, hitting sales targets, and delivering market intelligence across the Najaf and Karbala provinces. It is an opportunity for a field sales professional who can build lasting dealer partnerships and own their territory independently.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and drive continuous territory growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mobile shops, retailers, wholesalers and key dealers
- Acquire new customers, expand distribution and increase active purchasing accounts
- Conduct daily market visits, manage routes and ensure coverage of priority customers
- Promote Accessories products, new launches, promotions and key SKUs
- Monitor stock availability, pricing, competitors activity and market trends; provide actionable feedback
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and customer issues in line with company policies
- Submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly sales, coverage, market and forecast reports
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of field sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Najaf and Karbala markets
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver accurate reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office and smartphone reporting tools
- Experience in mobile accessories, consumer electronics or distribution and established dealer relationships in Najaf or Karbala is an advantage
- Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized and reliable with comfort in independent field work
