Jibal Zone is looking for an Order Clerk to join our E-Commerce team in Erbil and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for maintaining order integrity, supporting timely delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the market. It is an opportunity for an organized professional who can combine attention to detail with a strong service orientation to keep the sales pipeline flowing.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Receive and verify incoming customer orders
- Enter order details accurately into the sales system
- Coordinate order confirmation and delivery schedules with logistics
- Communicate order status and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Ensure order documentation complies with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs
- Prepare regular order reports for the sales team
- Liaise with finance to confirm order billing and payments
- Support the sales team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in order processing or related administrative roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and customer focus
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Fluency in both Arabic and Kurdish is mandatory and
